GIPROC was founded in 2004, with the purpose of offering Technical Architecture and Project Management services in all its aspects, thanks to the experience and multidisciplinary nature provided by each of the members that are part of this great team We have been adapting to the new needs and the new regulatory framework at European level, so we can also offer the services of Building Engineering.
Technical Architect for the Polytechnic University School of Barcelona (UPC) in 1997. Project Management in Building and Urbanism awarded by the CAATB I UPC in 2005. Degree in Building Engineering from the University of Nebrija in 2011. And other courses, postgraduates, etc. linked to the Construction, always in constant formation.
Giproc was linked to Giproc’s professional career prior to 2009: DEO in the office of technical architects, mainly Residential sector; Technical Director, DEO and Project Management, in an important Real Estate group of the hotel sector, restoration, public car parks, etc. Technical Director of an important Engineering, in the Division of Promotion and Construction of the Retail and Residential sector.

Before Xavier founded Giproc in 2004, he had developed its career as Head Construction Department in an office of Agroalimentary Engineering for Spain; previously as DEO in a Real Estate company, as Project manager. From those good experiences still keeps professional contacts nowadays, with whom shares projects, as the premise of the base of a good professional team are the persons.
